Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 business days at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are not offered. Approved returns may be exchanged for an item of equal value or store credit if of lesser value. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Duties and customs fees are non-refundable.
If an item is defective, Okahari will recall it and issue a full refund, including shipping and duties.
Alterations are available on select pieces within 5 days of receipt. Once altered, items become final sale.
